The craving to live on

Fiercely grips my mind

And I can see my evening

For I can’t feign to be blind!

The world will have to have me

Whether It wills or not

The genes have worked silently

New life they have brought.

Still I want to breathe on

And breathe through words of mine

These words will be my ‘Taj’

They will in new moon shine.

For many have been razed,

And razed to the grains of sand,

for many were defaced

Defaced by the Time’s cruel hands.

The sand grains slip and fall

And fall with passing speed

Still I will rise above

And live, so pay me heed.

These words shall  lure the lorn

And lorn shall know solitude

My words will brave the Death

With tremendous fortitude.

The singing of the lark

The swaying of the wind

Will carry and embark

My message they will sing.

Some day some soul will sing

And sing a sonorous song

The words will be immortal

The melody will live quite long

That day will I then smile

And smile with a happy heart

My soul will float a mile

before it’s new life starts.
